Say what?

Lately I've become slightly obsessed with Pinterest and I've been seeing this image of a "Cobra Tower" all over the website.

Pretty cool, right? According to the interwebs, though, it is assumebly located in Kuwait.. Uh, what? 

While I think that the concept of such a building is pretty neat, any resident of Kuwait could tell you that this building does not exist. Here, at least.

Perhaps the Cobra Tower is a futuristic concept for now, one which might be built in the future? Who knowssssss (see what I did there?)?
