Quick mascara review for you all today.
I've been using this for a couple of months now, so I thought it would be a good time to review the ever so famous DiorShow mascara. Mine is the waterproof version (as are most of my mascaras) in 090 Noir Black. The wand is dense and large, and not made of that cheap plastic, but of soft bristles. Naturally, this means that it gives the lashes a natural look.
I read on other blogs that it tends to dry out after a few weeks. However, this mascara has been in my makeup collection for over 2 months now and it is still creamy. I don't know if it has something to do with the fact that I have the waterproof version of it, but I can honestly say that it works perfectly fine for me. I can even put on 2 coats of it without my lashes looking clumpy.
Overall, I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars for 2 reasons. One, it is a pricey mascara. Two, it is not revolutionary. The quality, its lasting power, and the look it gives are all great, but there are a lot of mascaras in the drugstore that do the same thing DiorShow does.
My opinion? It's a nice mascara to have if you like experimenting with different products on a regular basis, but it is not by any means life-changing.
