Rocker chic eye look feat. Rockstar palette by The Balm

Hey everybody.

As promised, here is the very picture heavy tutorial on how to get a rocker-inspired eye look using The Balm's "Rockstar" palette! 

 Before I started applying the shadows, I filled in my brows and applied Too Faced eye shadow primer.

 Next, with a blending brush, I gently distributed the matte "Adagio" color all over my crease and blended it.

Using a small eye shadow brush, I later applied "The Stroke" to my outer V and along the crease, and blended the absolute crap out of it.

I packed the shimmery "Metal-ica" on yet another eye shadow brush, and patted it on the entire lid, focusing mainly on the inner corner of my eye. The reason I patted it on rather than just brushed it, is because glittery eye shadows tend to fall off it swept onto the eye. Patting is a better option and you get less fall out. And again, I blended the colors together to avoid any harsh lines. Blending = good

Here I added some "Moderato" to a smaller brush and brushed that along the lower lash line, connecting it to the outer V.

 Bad picture, but here I am applying some of the highlighter shade "Solid Gold" to my brow bone to make the dark shadows stand out even more.

 Aaaaaand then comes the winged eye liner time...

 ...and mascara

And we're done! Here is the finished look.
